RMK MARINE - PGT SECOND CONTRACT BECAME EFFECTIVE

The Shipbuilding contract signed on 19th of October 2016, for building and delivery of a second 7.000 Dwt Chemical Tanker following the negotiations held with Pritchard Gordon Tankers (PGT) Ltd, a prominent and respected company in its sector and located in the U.K., became effective as of 11th of November 2016 and the Project has begun. Despite all the challenging and deteriorating conditions faced in the shipbuilding sector in 2016 and many global political and economic uncertainties, this achievement is the result of the trust and satisfaction of its distinguished Client PGT towards RMK MARINE, deriving from our highest quality services and strong commitment power which we displayed on the other ongoing another chemical tanker project of PGT in our Shipyard. Having secured this new Project by contract signing and putting it in effect, RMK MARINE has further increased its awareness and the interest of its potential clients it created in Chemical/Oil Products/ Bitumen-Asphalt Tankers segment. We would like to forward our deepest appreciation to PGT, our distinguished Client, because of its firm trust to our country and our shipyard, for its preference of RMK MARINE and the solution we submitted to them for their Project and also to our valuable shareholders and solution partners for their very significant contributions they provided with patience during the long lasting working process in contract negotiation phase and signing it successfully.
