Planning
In addition to its experienced staff, RMK Marine utilizes SAP ERP software for streamlining workflow and supporting its operations and also to meet the specific requirements of the Shipyard sector.

Project Management
A Project Manager is assigned to each project in order to provide a single point of contact for the customer. Project Managers ensure that the projects are in accordance with technical and commercial specifications, and the project is delivered on time.

Production
RMK Marine realizes the projects with its own personnel as well as ed subcontractors under the supervision of its expert engineers. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is performed in RMK Marine’s production workshops in order to sustain the quality and efficiency of the production.
